Sounds delicious, can't wait to try it. And I "love" the steps you take to get to the finished entree. I've definitely binged on The Diplomat and loved it!

Annada, yet another easy and tasty recipe. I substituted the black eyed peas with Kala Chana and coconut milk. Awesome. Thanks again.

Wonderful! Very Happy that you are using my recipe as a guideline and making it your own with the ingredients you have at hand.

Flavorful, easy and heathy . I liked that the prep on this one is mainly the dicing of tomatoes and grating ginger . Black eyed beans can be prepped in instant pot , right?

Another winner! Love simple hearty dishes like this - they always hit the spot 💐

Kasuri methi is quite fascinating - we've been using it in our breads for added depth. I can't describe exactly what it does, but you get a much more complex flavour.

Thank you! I so agree with you about kasuri methi. Its complex flavor leaves you wondering what it was after you're done eating. I'm sure it tastes fantastic in bread. I have tried it in pasta sauce and it tastes beautiful.
