Remember the days in 2017 when we did exactly this....yummy. also just to mention chickpea flour is easily the most protein rich flour used in Indian cooking. It is so versatile that makes yummy dry vegetables, curry as well as snacks like pakoras.

Super memories! Chickpea flour is the fav of Indian kitchens. I remember I was so surprised when I saw AP flour being used for deep frying in fritters in the US
